The Next Door Recovery Launches New Virtual IOP!

TNDR is excited to announce their newest program – virtual intensive outpatient (VIOP)! This program is available to women in early recovery across the state of Tennessee, with or without insurance!

What is VIOP?

Virtual intensive outpatient programming is a telehealth opportunity to receive education, practice, support, and accountability for your recovery journey through a group of like-minded women and professional staff. The groups take place Monday-Thursday from 8am-11am CST or 9-12 EST. All you need is a device that connects to internet and has a camera/microphone to participate.

What is it like?

Groups will be customized to the clients attending but will feature time for you to process and get feedback on your goals and concerns, learning new coping skills, learning about the 12 steps, learning about how addiction and mental health impacts you, and so much more. As part of this program, you will work with master’s level therapists, case managers, and certified peer recovery specialists to help guide you on your healing journey.

Three hours a day is a long time… am I going to like it?

One of our recent graduates from VIOP says: “Highlights of IOP I’ve learned since starting… I am still in the process of learning who I am as a person and IOP shows me daily I will be accepted. There are endless coping skills. I know so many and there are still many to be learned… I’ve learned there are so many people struggling with addiction and with that being said, there are so many more that are willing to help.”

Who is this program best suited for?

VIOP is intended for any woman in early recovery who cannot otherwise come to in person treatment. That may be a woman who:

  • Is living in a rural area and may not have access to in-person treatment
  • Lacks reliable transportation to/from treatment
  • Is pregnant or newly post-partum and on bedrest
  • Experiences medical or mobility issues that cannot be accommodated in person
  • Has a work or programming schedule that conflicts with in-person treatment

All clients are encouraged to call our friendly admissions team to find the best treatment for their unique situation.

We accept Tenncare insurance, commercial insurance plans, and uninsured clients. Intakes can be completed virtually or in person —call today to get started!
