your generosity opens doors
Did you know that approximately 95% of our clients are uninsured or under-insured? In order to provide a full continuum of quality treatment to ALL clients we must make up the marginal difference between the payments we receive from insurance and state grants. On average, only 55% of our costs are covered through these funds. This is where we need your help! Your donation allows us to serve all clients with the same high-level quality of care, regardless of their insurance status or resources.

Donations we do not accept. Please adhere to these guidelines for the safety of our clients:
To provide clients with a creative outlet or activities outside of their daily programming, we aim to always keep the following supplies on hand (please note that all items listed below must be new and unused):
Each client welcomed at The Next Door Recovery receives a Welcome Bag which is the first touch of encouragement from the TNDR community. They are filled with items to help ease a client’s transition from addiction to a life transformed in recovery.
On a monthly basis, 140 bags are needed to meet the needs of our ongoing admissions. Sponsoring a month of Welcome Bags is a great community service project for your church, school or business! Please email the Volunteer Coordinator for more information.
A completed Welcome Bag for our clients includes the following items (with no additions, please):
We have a library on-site for women to check out books during their time at TNDR. We were able to build this collection of books thanks to many generous donations from our community – every book in our library has been gifted to us!
We ask the only books donated come from our Amazon Library Registry. Thank you for considering the gift of a donation to The Next Door Recovery!
